International experience
From European sites to American mission-critical builds
In Our Scope was founded by Sean O'Donovan and Jonathan Burns, engineers who have worked across European and American project markets. That dual perspective shapes how we staff teams, run commissioning, and build long-term relationships with clients and employees.
We know what rigorous standards look like on both sides of the Atlantic, and we bring that discipline to Idaho and the wider U.S. markets we serve.
